Kent Leaders

Kent Council Leaders is a high-level strategic group made up of the democratic Leaders of all Kent’s Local Authorities, supported by their Chief Executives (or equivalent).

• Focuses on the strategic issues and opportunities facing Kent & Medway from a political perspective and determining a common response or position on them where possible/appropriate
• Forum for a collective voice, lobbying activity, consensus on action where required
• Not a formal committee and not decision-making
